Life Therapy

As well as working with riders Jane is able to help you with many life issues such as general anxiety, phobias, stress, smoking cessation, mind-body issues, personal development and other sports confidence.

All therapy begins with a full consultation to assess your needs and to elicit what is going on.  At the end of the consultation you will be given an idea of how Jane can help you and an initial guide to how many sessions you may need.

Therapy is a two way process and involves a commitment from both you and your therapist to work together to make the changes you are looking for.

All sessions take place according to the code of ethics of the NRHP.

Life therapy sessions are 1:1 and take place in Dollar.  However, if there is a medical reason why you are unable to travel the home sessions may be appropriate for you, so feel free to get in touch to discuss this.
