One to two hour talks at your riding club, livery yard, pony club or camp.
Over the last few years I have given talks to many groups of riders about confidence. I am a regular speaker at the Adult Equiteam Confidence Camps at Lindores.
Liz Daniels who jointly runs the Equiteam Confidence camps has this to say:
“I have worked alongside Jane at Equitation Confidence Camps and can’t recommend her enough. Jane is friendly, approachable and understanding as well as effective. As an instructor I have seen the benefits of her work through a mutual client and couldn’t believe the difference that Jane made to her riding and mental approach”.
Other groups which Jane has spoken to recently include Deeside & District RC, Kinross vaulting group, Over Dalkeith Stables Polo-Cross camp and junior camps, Glenrothes PC, KA Equestrian and other riding club groups plus venturing down to Greenlands Equestrian in Cumbria to gove talks and workshops at Dannii Little Confidence Camps.
Talks are suitable for training sessions and/or camps. If you would like to arrange a talk or would like to know more about what is included then please do get in touch.
Bookings now being taken for talks for 2020/21 just as soon as groups are ready to meet again.
If you would like to host a talk then please do get in touch.
Caroline Wilson who has attended several of my talks at Lindores says (2018)
I highly recommend anyone who suffers from nerves, anxiety or is suffering from lack of confidence to get in touch with wonderful Jane. Any age and any stage of riding she can help. If you find yourself over thinking a situation or you have blown something out of proportion, an appointment with Jane will help.
I’ve been to several of her workshops and I always come away having learnt new techniques, feeling calmer and much more positive. Her approach is very understanding and calm but provided with years of experience and knowledge.
Brenda Cameron, Training Officer Deeside & District RC says:
“Jane came to give our riders at our annual Deeside and District Riding Club camp May 2016.
Jane’s talk was was very informative and encouraging. We all had a go at visualising ourselves
and our horses achieving our goals. One or two riders shared their particular issues within the
group and Jane gave recognition, advice and support.
We felt encouraged and reassured realising that We were not alone with
our fears/insecurities, and now we know how hypno-psychotherapy can really make a difference.”
Lynn Ballantyne of Kinross Vaulting Group commented:
Jane came to Kinross vaulting group in the summer and gave our vaulters a very informative talk, this was especially useful for competition nerves which many of them suffer on a regular basis, we wouldn’t hesitate to have her back.
